Advanced Team Member

Mission

To support specific restaurant initiatives and metrics beyond day- to-day Winning Hearts Every Day. Apply for Quality Inspector, Trainer, or Brand Ambassador

Minimum Requirements

  • Maintain minimum of 18+ hours, 3 days/week

  • Must work 2 Open or Close shifts per week

  • Consistent demonstration of our Values; Has Hustle and Positive Attitude

  • In good standing with policies; Leader reference required

Team Leader

Mission

To operationally support the restaurant while also owning a specific area of the Winning Hearts Every Day strategy. This leader also promotes & protects the Chick-fil- A standards.

Minimum Requirements

  • Maintain minimum of 25+ hours, 3 days/week

  • Must work 3 Open or Close shifts per week

  • Consistent demonstration of our values; Able to coach Pathway specific expectations

  • In good standing with policies; Leader reference required

Supervisor

Mission

To execute our Winning Hearts Every Day strategy while leveraging Team Leader support. Responsible for shift management and achieving set goals by Directors.

Minimum Requirements

  • Maintain full time of 30+ hours, and 4 days/week

  • Must work minimum of 4 Open or Close shifts per wk

  • Dedication to business success and embodies our vision and values

  • In good standing with policies & procedures; Director reference required

Director

Mission

Setting goals and supporting teams within specific areas of the business, all with a mindset to achieve our vision and strategies.

Minimum Requirements

  • Maintain full time of 40+ hours, and 5 days/week

  • Must work minimum of 2 Open or Close shifts per wk

  • Has team support, followers

  • Goal driven

  • Embodies our vision and values • In good standing with policies & procedures; Executive reference required
